High Performance Short Wavelength Pm Fiber Patchcord - C-Band preliminary EDFA Module – Connet Laser Detail:

The MARS series C-band preliminary EDFA module of connet are high-gain, low-noise fiber preamplifiers (Pre-EDFA). They are used to pre-amplify small signal (down to -40dBm), improve receiver sensitivity and extend transmission distance of the signal. This series of amplifiers employ optimized Er-doped fiber Optical path Structure internally. The ASE is suppressed to an extreme level and realizes high performance small signal amplification output.

The MARS series C-band preliminary EDFA module is a highly reliable, compact amplifier providing excellent optical performance. It can be customized for single channel or multi-channel preamplification. The maximum gain is up to 50 dB. Standard models are available at 30 dB, 40dB and 50 dB gain.
