Connet High Power Double-Clad Fiber Bragg Grating (also known as Fiber Laser Cavity Mirror) adopts the classic phase mask engraving technique specially designed for high power CW and pulsed fiber lasers. From Single Mode fiber to Large Mode Area fiber all can be used to written Connet high power FBGs and the power handling capacity can be up to be higher than 3kW.

 

Connet High Power Double-Clad Fiber Bragg Grating pair consist of High Reflector (HR) and Low Reflector (LR). The Low Reflector, also called as Output Coupler (OC), is used to select the working wavelength of the fiber laser. Connet high power FBGs use the chirped phase mask technology to provide the precisely matched HR FBGs and LR FBGs with different bandwidths upon users’ requests.

 

After years of research and development, Connet has mastered the comprehensive technology of high-power kW level Fiber Bragg Gratings including the pretreatment technology of Large Mode Area Double-Clad Fiber, the hydrogen carrying technology of Large Mode Area Double-Clad Fiber, precisely controlled grating engraving technology, the coating and packaging technology of Large Mode Area Double-Clad Fiber Bragg Gratings and the testing technology for high power Large Mode Area Double-Clad Fiber Bragg Gratings.

Notes: HR/LR FBGs with uniform periods are available for options. The 3dB bandwidth (FWHM) of LR FBGs can be chosen from 0.01nm to 0.3nm.
